Outlook Calendar Integration

With the Outlook Calendar integration, the AI assistant can manage calendars within Microsoft 365.

Capabilities

  • View appointments: Overview of scheduled items
  • Schedule meetings: Create new appointments
  • Check availability: Find free time slots
  • Book rooms: Reserve available meeting rooms

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 account (organization)
  • Microsoft Graph API access
  • Admin rights for initial connection

Setup

  1. Go to AdminIntegrationsOutlook Calendar
  2. Click Add Integration
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
  4. Grant the requested permissions
  5. Configure calendar access
Shared calendars

You can also connect shared calendars and meeting room calendars for organization-wide planning.

Privacy and Security

  • Only authorized calendars are accessible
  • Private appointments can be excluded
  • All changes are logged
