Outlook Mail Integration

With the Outlook Mail integration, the AI assistant can manage emails within Microsoft 365.

Capabilities

  • Read emails: View and analyze inbox
  • Search emails: Find specific messages
  • Send emails: Compose new messages
  • Create drafts: Prepare emails

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 account (organization)
  • Microsoft Graph API access
  • Admin rights for initial connection

Setup

  1. Go to AdminIntegrationsOutlook Mail
  2. Click Add Integration
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
  4. Grant the requested permissions
  5. Configure read and/or write permissions
Send permissions

Sending emails on behalf of the user requires explicit permission. Carefully consider what permissions are needed.

  • Sensitive folders can be excluded
  • All actions are logged for audit
