Outlook Mail Integration
With the Outlook Mail integration, the AI assistant can manage emails within Microsoft 365.

Requirements
- Microsoft 365 account (organization)
- Microsoft Graph API access
- Admin rights for initial connection
Setup
- Go to Admin → Integrations → Outlook Mail
- Click Add Integration
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
- Grant the requested permissions
- Configure read and/or write permissions
Send permissions
Sending emails on behalf of the user requires explicit permission. Carefully consider what permissions are needed.
