Microsoft Teams Integration
With the Microsoft Teams integration, the AI assistant can communicate via Teams channels and chats.

Requirements
- Microsoft 365 account (organization)
- Microsoft Graph API access
- Teams admin rights for connection
Setup
- Go to Admin → Integrations → Microsoft Teams
- Click Add Integration
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
- Grant the requested permissions
- Select accessible teams and channels
Channel selection
You can determine which teams and channels the AI may access. Confidential channels can be excluded.
Privacy and Security
- Only authorized channels are accessible
- Private chats require explicit permission
- Messages are processed in compliance with GDPR
