The AI-Public Knowledge Bank has been updated. Use the search bar at the top to search the entire Knowledge Bank at once, including your own notes. You can pin information you need more often. Find your pinned items under Personal → Overview.

New is the personal knowledge bank. For example, type or say “remember this” in a chat or voice conversation to save information. You can also add a note yourself, use labels, and edit or delete existing notes. This is a useful way to keep agreements on accessible language or approaches to public communications together.

AI-Public can use your saved knowledge in future conversations. If a personal item has been used as a source, you’ll see it under Sources, labeled Personal:. Only you can see your personal knowledge items.

Published knowledge documents from your organization or location will also remain available to employees who have access to them. This lets them find documents for service delivery or internal support without having to provide them again each time.

Open the Knowledge Bank, pin an item you use often, or save a first note for later.
