Document creation in AI-Public has been revamped. You can now choose between two ways to turn your text into a professional document: Free input or using Templates. This combines the power of AI with the quality standards and corporate identity of your public organization.

With the Free input option, you create a document based on a prompt. This gives you maximum freedom in structure and content. It is the ideal choice for developing an initial draft of a policy document, an internal memo, or a creative outline for a project plan. AI-Public helps you define the structure, while you remain fully in control.

In addition, AI-Public now supports working with Templates. These are specific formats that have been prepared by your own organization. Think of official resident letters, standard reporting formats, or records. By choosing a template, you can be sure that the document immediately complies with the correct corporate identity and organizational guidelines. The AI fills in the required fields, after which you can download the result directly as an editable file.
